Article 1 – General
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, quotation and agreement relating to products and/or services offered by ThaiTravelExpert.
By purchasing our products and/or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Offers and quotations
Our offers and quotations are indicative and non-binding, and will lapse if they are not accepted by the customer within 30 calendar days. Offers and quotations only become legally binding once they have been signed by both the customer and us. We reserve the right to refuse certain orders without giving reasons.
Article 3 – Prices and payment
The prices for our goods and services are stated in the offer or quotation. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
All invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt, unless a different due date is specified in the offer or quotation. If a deposit is required, we will only commence work once the deposit has been received.
In the event of late payment, the customer shall, by operation of law and without prior notice of default, be liable to pay default interest of 1% per month or part thereof from the due date of the invoice. In addition, a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount, subject to a minimum of 250 euros, shall be payable, without prejudice to any further compensation and costs.
Any disputes must be raised by registered letter within five working days of receipt of the invoice, failing which they will be deemed inadmissible.
Article 4 – Affiliate Links
This website contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase or booking via one of these links, the owner of this website may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.
The affiliate links included are used solely to help fund and maintain this website. They do not influence the content of our articles or recommendations, which are always compiled in good faith.
